  I work in Melfort but drive an hour to work every day. When I left work I had something in my tire so I decided to stop at KAL tire on the way home. They close at 6pm I stopped in at 5:10. Went in had to stand there for 20 mins waiting for service to only be approached and told when I asked if my tire could be looked at the guy there told me all there hoists are full of cars and there bay is full. So I asked him if they had a floor Jack. Fountain tire if were full would bring a floor Jack out and would take the tire off and bring it in and have a look at it because there customer service is excellent! KAL tire told me that they don't do that type of service and was refused any help! Had to drive to tisdale risking damaging my tire stopped at the kal tire there 15 minutes before they closed and they still took me right in and guess what they used a floor jake to change the tire on my car and it only took them 10 minutes don't ever go to melfort KAL tire for service because you won't get from them go to tisdale instead.....

  Awesome service. Sent a truck to fill our flat tire with air so we could get our car to the shop. Fixed our tire and got us back on the road quickly. No charge!
